About Us

Executive81 was setup in 2012 with a Vision to be the power house of "Head Hunting" GLOBALLY. We bring local talent to the Door Step of most promising growth enterprises in the ICT & EMPI space. Till date we have managed to Head Hunt and successfully closed 400+ positions in the first 3 years and poised to achieve the 1000+ deployments on Full Time & Contract mode annually by 2018.


In the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) practice we help companies in India and Australia find the best talent on Full Time Direct Employment and Contract to Hire Model through our group companies and Partner Network. For Engineering, Manufacturing, Power & Infrastructure (EMPI) Vertical we do local talent acquisition for Indian companies. At the same time we also export Indian Skilled Workforce in EMPI to Middle East and ICT manpower to Australia.

We plan to directly influence by 1,00,000 people by enabling career growth opportunities through our B2B "Hiring Solutions" business and the remaining 99.9% through various "Online Talent Platforms" however operating under a COMMON value system of THINK BIG. ACT FAST.
